Our Healthy Pool Plan looks beyond the surface to evaluate how your pool is functioning in key areas:
Filtration & Circulation: We review how well your pump and filter are performing and if they need servicing or upgrades.
Sanitisation & Equipment: We check systems like chlorinators and pool cleaners to ensure everything is working efficiently.
Pool Structure & Interior: Includes a visual check of the pool surface, tiles, coping, and surrounds for signs of wear, cracks or other issues.
Safety & Compliance: Basic safety features like gate latching and CPR signage are reviewed to support pool safety standards.
Maintenance Accessories: We check tools like nets, poles, and covers to ensure you're well equipped for DIY upkeep.
Wellness Systems: We assess sanitation, automation, and mineral systems - where necessary, to ensure optimal pool care and identify areas for improvement.

Healthy Pool Plan – Terms & Conditions 2025
1. The Healthy Pool Plan is a premium pool inspection which provides a comprehensive health check of your pool and equipment including:
a. Filtration and Circulation - Pump and Filter
b. Sanitisation and Equipment - Chlorinators and pool cleaner
c. Pool structure – visual check of pool surface, tiles, coping and surrounds – wear, tear, cracks
d. Safety – gate latching and CPR chart
e. Maintenance Accessories – nets, poles, covers
f. Wellness Systems – assess sanitation, automation and mineral systems
2. The Healthy Pool Plan is valued at $149 RRP
3. The Healthy Pool Plan does not include a water test or pool service.
4. Gold & Silver Poolwerx Service Clients – The Healthy Pool Plan is available at no additional charge as part of your service tier at participating Poolwerx franchise partners – This is not a standard inclusion in regular service visits and must be pre-booked.
5. Bronze Poolwerx Service Clients – The Healthy Pool Plan is available at an additional fee. Your local Poolwerx will advise the rate and booking process.
6. Casual Poolwerx Clients – The Healthy Pool Plan is available at the RRP
$149 at the discretion of your local Poolwerx. An additional fee will be charge for water testing.
7. The Healthy Pool Plan must be booked in advance and is not included automatically in standard pool service visits
8. Available may vary by location and technician
9. A full water test must be conducted in conjunction with the Plan to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of recommendations.
10. On completion of your Healthy Pool Plan, you will receive a comprehensive report and recommendations for your pool.
a. Recommendations are based on a visual inspection and available equipment access at the time of visit
b. If repairs are required, additional costs may apply and will be quoted separately.
11. The Healthy Pool Plan is not a compliance or certification report
