Craig was super helpful and found us a part from a product they had in stock and sold it to me even though it was sub $25. Saved the day! Really appreciate that kind of service, especially given the low $ value of the part. Can recommend!

Excellence service and product range. I recommend getting your pool water tested here and paying the small fee versus the free options at some big box hardware stores. The hardware stores do not seem to calibrate their equipment and don’t understand pool chemistry - which results in some truly unusual (and wrong!) results. At one point (before I had better experience) I emptied my entire 17,000 L above ground pool because of their incompetence.

Emma is knowledgable, practical and skilled advising about pool maintenance. The mobile staff are efficient, reliable and do an excellent job.
