PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter

This promotion ("Promotion") is being conducted by:

Poolwerx Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 94 061 535 493) 10 Camford Street, Milton, QLD 4064 Phone: 1800 009 000 (the "Promoter").

Promotion

1. This Promotion is known as the "Poolwerx Great Summer Staycation" Promotion.

2. The Promotion provides eligible clients with the opportunity to receive entries into prize draws when they make a qualifying purchase from a Participating Location during the Promotion Period.

3. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. If a Prize or any component of a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

Promotion Period

6. The Promotion commences at 9.00am (AEST) on 6 October 2026 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 31 January 2027 ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility

7. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who satisfy these Terms and Conditions.

8. For the purposes of this Promotion, "Participating Locations" are participating Poolwerx franchise businesses located within Australia or New Zealand that advertise or otherwise participate in the Promotion during the Promotion Period. Participating Locations include eligible Poolwerx retail stores and Poolwerx mobile/service businesses.

9. Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, Participating Locations and participating prize suppliers, and the immediate family members of those employees and employers, are not eligible to enter.

10. "Immediate family member" includes a spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, sibling, stepsibling, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew or cousin.

10A. "Winner" means an entrant who is selected in a Prize draw and whose entry and eligibility the Promoter has verified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. An entrant selected in a Prize draw is not a Winner, and has no entitlement to a Prize, until the Promoter has completed that verification and notified the entrant.

How to Enter

11. Information regarding how to enter and the Prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

12. To receive an entry or entries, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period: (a) make an eligible purchase with a transaction or invoice value of $50 or more at a Participating Location; and (b) complete the entry registration process at www.Poolwerx.com.au/summer, which requires the entrant to: (i) confirm that they are 18 years of age or over and a resident of Australia or New Zealand; (ii) provide their full name, email address, contact telephone number and postcode of residence; (iii) provide the invoice or receipt number and value of the eligible transaction; (iv) upload photographic evidence of the eligible purchase; and (v) confirm that the information provided is true and correct and that they accept these Terms and Conditions.

12A. Entry into the Major Prize Draw requires the entrant to tick a box confirming their agreement to provide their personal information to the Promoter and to the Promoter disclosing that information to Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited, in each case for the purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding the Major Prize. Every entry in the Promotion also requires the entrant to tick a separate box consenting to receive marketing communications from Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited, and to the Promoter disclosing their personal information to Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited for that purpose. Consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter is obtained separately, is optional, and is not a condition of entry.

13. The number of entries awarded is based on the total value of each individual eligible transaction or invoice, as follows:

14. Entries are calculated per individual transaction or invoice. The value of separate transactions or invoices cannot be combined to qualify for a higher entry tier.

15. Where an entrant completes multiple eligible transactions during the Promotion Period, the entrant may receive entries for each eligible transaction in accordance with the table above.

16. Entries cannot be transferred between individuals.

17. The entrant must retain their original purchase receipt, tax invoice or other proof of purchase for each eligible transaction. The Promoter may request proof of purchase before awarding a Prize.

18. If an eligible transaction is cancelled, refunded or reversed, any entries generated in connection with that transaction may be deemed invalid.

19. Any entries received outside the Promotion Period will be invalid.

20. Incomplete, indecipherable, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

Verification of Entries

21. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries, eligible transactions and entrants, including an entrant's identity, age, residential address and proof of purchase.

22. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant whom the Promoter reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, submitted false information or engaged in conduct intended to unfairly influence the Promotion.

23. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant or the validity or number of entries awarded, the Promoter's decision will be final, subject to applicable law.

Prizes

24. The Prize pool will include the Prizes listed in Schedule 1, subject to final supplier confirmation and these Terms and Conditions.

24.a - Major Prize Draw consist of: Toyota GR Sport RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid Electric. The total recommended retail price value of the Major Draw Prize is AU$72,977 driveaway (pending pick-up location). The vehicle shown as part of the Promotion includes optional Toyota genuine accessories. These are sold separately and not included as part of the Major Prize.

25. The final Prize schedule, including the number of each Prize, recommended retail value, supplier and any Prize-specific conditions, will form part of these Terms and Conditions before the Promotion commences.

26. The total maximum Prize pool is AU $168,166.00.

27. Unless otherwise stated, all Prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Brisbane Heat Ticket Prizes

28. Brisbane Heat ticket Prizes will relate to selected WBBL and BBL matches occurring during the Promotion Period, as listed in Schedule 1.

29. Draws for individual game tickets will be conducted at least five days prior to the relevant match, or on another date specified by the Promoter.

30. Entrants must have a valid entry received before the relevant ticket draw cut-off to be eligible for that draw.

31. Entries included in a Brisbane Heat ticket draw remain eligible for subsequent ticket draws and all other Promotion draws, whether or not that entry has previously been drawn.

32. Match tickets are subject to the conditions of entry of the relevant venue and the ticket issuer.

33. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling or relocation of a match. If a match is cancelled or materially changed, the Promoter will determine an appropriate course of action subject to applicable law.

34. Unless expressly included in the Prize description, travel, accommodation, meals, transfers, parking and other costs associated with attending a cricket match are the responsibility of the Winner.

BBL Final Experience - 26 January 2027

35. The BBL Grand Final experience package includes:

Return economy flights from your city of residence in Australia or New Zealand for two people if winner resides outside the location of the grand final stadium (which is based on the final teams). Should direct flights not be available, flights may include multi-stops.

One night’s accommodation for two people

2 x game tickets to the BBL Grand Final on Tuesday 26 January, 2027.

Accommodation, flights and match entry will be selected, booked and paid for by Poolwerx. All other costs are at the expense of the winner.

Ticket drawn and winners contacted Friday 18 December 2026.

Transfers and any additional fees for visas, passports are payable by the winner.

Additional meals, transfers, spending money, insurance and incidental expenses are not included unless expressly stated

Changes requested by the Winner may be at the Winner's cost and are subject to availability.

Prize is non-transferable

Prize Draws

36. If a Winner cannot participate in a date-specific Prize on the required date, the Winner may forfeit that Prize and the Promoter may award it to another eligible entrant in accordance with applicable law.

37. Prize draws will be conducted at Poolwerx Corporation Pty Ltd, 10 Camford Street, Milton QLD 4064, or electronically from that location, unless otherwise specified.

38. Each Prize draw will be conducted in the presence and under the supervision of an independent scrutineer. The scrutineer will be independent of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, Participating Locations and the Prize suppliers, and will hold the qualifications required under applicable trade promotion legislation.

39. The Promotion will include: (a) Brisbane Heat ticket draws conducted prior to the applicable match; (b) weekly and monthly Prize draws on the dates allocated in Schedule 1; and (c) the Main Prize Draw on Friday 5 February 2027 following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

40. Each valid entry is applicable for weekly, month and grand prize draw.

41. Winners will be selected at random using an independently verifiable electronic random draw system - from all eligible entries applicable to the relevant draw.

42. A Winner does not need to be present at a Prize draw.

43. If a winner is drawn in a weekly or monthly draw, they remain eligible for all subsequent draws or only the relevant draw period.

Winner Notification

44. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided with their entry, by telephone and/or email, within the timeframe listed in the schedule, details will also be posted on the GSS website www.poolwerx.com.au/summer and, where relevant, in sufficient time to redeem a date-specific Prize.

45. Winners of date-specific cricket ticket Prizes may be required to respond within a shorter timeframe advised by the Promoter due to the proximity of the relevant match.

46. Winners of Prizes will be published on the Poolwerx website at www.poolwerx.com.au/summer

47. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, residence and proof of eligible purchase before a Prize is released.

Unclaimed Prizes

48. If a Winner does not claim a Prize within 14 days of the date the Promoter first attempts to notify them, or within any shorter period notified by the Promoter under clause 45 for date-specific Brisbane Heat ticket Prizes, or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, the Prize may be forfeited.

49. Any unclaimed Prize draw will take place on 23 February 2027 at 3pm AEST at 10 Camford Street, Milton QLD 4064.

50. Winners of an unclaimed Prize draw will be contacted and published at www.poolwerx.com.au/summer/winners - the website shall remain live/hosted until 28 days from publication.

Redemption and Delivery of Prizes

51. Prizes may be: (a) delivered electronically; (b) sent to the Winner's nominated Australian or New Zealand postal address; (c) made available for collection from a nominated Poolwerx location; (d) supplied or installed by the relevant Prize supplier; or (e) otherwise arranged directly between the Promoter, Prize supplier and Winner.

52. Product or installation Prizes may be subject to site suitability, geographical availability, supplier terms, installation requirements and other reasonable conditions notified to the Winner.

53. Where a Prize includes a Poolwerx service, installation or pool chemical component, the Prize is subject to the Winner residing within a serviceable Poolwerx area and any additional conditions specified in the Prize description. Booking and scheduling of any such service, installation or delivery is subject to availability with the relevant Poolwerx franchise, and the Promoter does not guarantee any particular date or timeframe for its provision.

54. Toyota vehicle Prize: Toyota GR Sport RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid Electric. The total recommended retail price value of the Major Draw Prize is AU$72,977 driveaway (pending pick-up location). The vehicle shown as part of the Promotion includes optional Toyota genuine accessories. These are sold separately and not included as part of the Major Prize.

56. For pool-related products that require installation, only winners with pools are eligible for the prize.

Use of Personal Information

57. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

58. The Promoter collects, stores, processes and discloses entrants' personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion and awarding Prizes and may disclose that information to its franchisees, related entities, contractors, service providers, regulatory bodies and Prize suppliers where reasonably required.

59. Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at poolwerx.com.au/privacy-policy/ or www.poolwerx.co.nz/privacy-policy.

60. Where the entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with that consent and applicable privacy and spam laws. The Promoter may also disclose an entrant’s personal information to Prize suppliers including the supplier of the major Prize (Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited), so that those suppliers may contact the entrant for their own marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies, but only where the entrant has consented to receive marketing communications from that supplier (which, for Toyota Motor Corporation Australia Limited, is a condition of entry under clause 12A). Any marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time.

61. By entering this Promotion, the entrant agrees and grants to the Promoter the right to use the Winners’ name, image and likeness in connection with the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability

62. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

63. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and participating Prize suppliers will not be responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control in connection with the Promotion or a Prize.

64. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or otherwise not received due to technical, communication or system failures outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

65. If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned because of circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, including fraud, technical failure, unauthorised intervention or an event affecting the fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

66. The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the Promotion is final, subject to applicable law.
